Help and Information - 2 accounts in my account and only able to play in one at same time - Forum

I have 2 accounts on this account don't know why, I wanted to have 2 different ones but when I bought game it add both to the same account. When I try to play in steam and epic games at the same time with the different accounts it doesn't allow me. Even beeing 2 different accounts I'm not able to play in both at same time. why this happen?? How to fix this?
