Buildup resistance window

After being heavily stunned, enemy gets huge stun buildup resistance for a few seconds. The same happens with freeze and, I suppose, electrocute.
And I can't find any information about this resistance window. I really tried. Nobody even mentions it.

What are the value and duration of this resistance? Is it uniform for all enemies? Why it's not mentioned anywhere?

About duration

Sure it work with "recently" mechanic. Just coze it alresdy in the game and no need to create smthg new.
