Poor Performance &game crashing excessively after last update

Anyone else keep DCing or Crashing since the last update? I maybe DCed once a month before the last update but now its multiple times a day. My build (Frostblink of Wintery Blast Totems) is practically unplayable due to the lag. Should a few level higher than I am but i have died sooooo many times lately.

Issues seem to persist mostly in Settlers League play with Standard running more smoothly but this isnt always the case. Anyone else having issues?
