Beacon of Salvation Guild Hideout is inaccessible when Guild Leader is offline

I'm the Guild Leader and recently added the Beacon of Salvation to the Guild as a hideout. There was no issues with our previous hideout (Shrine Hideout) before I swapped it to the Beacon of Salvation hideout.

What happens is that once I log out, it makes it so that the guild hideout is "inaccessible" to everyone in the guild. I can reinstate the hideout at Alva when I log in and "swap" to the Beacon of Salvation hideout again, but if I log out again it causes the issue again.

What I hope to see is that I can log out and have the guild members be able to go to the guild hideout and also that I have to re-select the hideout every time I log in...
