ok so i am playing path of exile 2 and i am going thru and getting all my spirit. i got to the bog witch in cruel act 3 and i killed her but i also died at the same time. the quest tribal venegence completed but i did not get my 40 spirit. can someone please help.

You got reward not for quest, but for quest item that quest monster should drop.
