I have waited weeks for a response from support to a already started support response.

I wrote to support a month ago about issues with Liberator of Wraeclast Upgrade showing the wrong amount from the previous tier. I got a response a couple of weeks later saying the upgrade cost $240. I sent photos showing that it was showing $450 to upgrade. Since then while waiting for a response from support I spent another $130 on pure points (plus another $20 on PlayStation but I know that doesn't count). My amount to upgrade should be $110 if my total is supposed to be $240 from the last time you responded. The site is showing $320 now to upgrade and is missing packing and points in the section that shows my contributing funds to upgrade. I am on the correct account that has all the transactions.

I understand you are all very busy and I feel that waiting two-plus weeks per response is still being patient. I have over 740 hours in Poe 2 alone. I just do not understand how it is this hard to get assistance, especially over a $500 video game "supporter" pack. Not that it is any more important than anyone else. A three week wait for responses is very long for anyone.

We've been working through upwards of half a million support requests since November 22nd. It is disappointing the way things are handled. I understand having to wait a couple of weeks for the initial response I suppose but to have to wait multiple weeks for a reply back from an already started support ticket is another thing.
