the items from currency exchange dissapear

greetings ..
i just got a sell completed in the currency exchange and i got a rare item after waiting for around one month for it to compelete once i got the item in inventory i rushed in to list the same order with same exchange again but i made a mistake switching them around when i found it was listed wrong i canceled the order and as you can guess My long waited item is gone its nowhere and anywhere in my stash or my inventory where did it go i tried to report the problem and it seems the only way to resolve this is through forums please help date of issue : 12 feb 2025 where should those items be if not in stash on in inventory Last bumped on Feb 12, 2025, 2:16:53 AM
