0% evasion chance

Ummm I got some evasion value on my witch but no matter how high it is the evasion chance is always 0%. this bug makes my character/game unplayable.

Same problem on my warrior character...

I have checked passive tree or items and non of them convert evasion rating to armour...

Plese fix, bug report #1275681004
