How Do I Trade Search When There Is Multiple # In a Field?

An example Trade site search field would be "Adds # to # Lightning damage to Attacks". There's 2 x # and yet only 1 Min and Max textbox.

Is there a way to search for Min and Max on 2 #, perhaps using regex?

It searches for the average. If it’s 1 to 25 lightning damage, it will be included with a min of 12 or less and a max of 13 or more, and excluded conversely.

Not aware of a way to search for an actual minimum number rather than the average, though with lightning damage in particular given it’s always one there’s little point. The actual need for a hard number rather than an average has never happened on my side though and I can’t envision where it would be particularly relevant but maybe that’s just a failure of imagination.
