Can't see or pick up items

As I play the game solo or with friends. I can't see or pick up my drops. Friends I'm playing with can see them. I may see see the line showing it there but I can't get it. It just started yesterday. I closed app reset my Game. This morning it's still doing the same thing.

I'm assuming this is happening in POE 2. Please use the correct forum and please review the pinned guides before posting.
