Problem: Game Crash and I lost entrance to Arbiter

What happened: I placed all three Crisis Fragments to open the entrance to the Arbiter. The fight started, but the game crashed. When I relaunched the game, the entrance to the Arbiter was gone, and I had lost all three Crisis Fragments.
