Can't Switch Characters. It's merged to my POE1 char and wont let me Switch so i can trade items.

I cant trade because it says im not in game and website is using my poe1 character (which i didnt play poe1 long at all) and when i click switch character it doest show my monk character for poe2 so i cant trade items

Can you please double check that you are logged into the correct sub-account on the website? This can be found on our website by using the "Switch Account" feature found at the top of the page. Yes i have my account linked through steam and it only shows that character and it wont let me use the trade. says i need to be in game when i am in game but its using my poe1 character so its obviously not online. a lot of others are having the same issue as well.

my other character named ThraggsThirdLeg doest show up in the switch character option but it shows my character in my profile
