Multiplayer Teleports disappear

When playing with a team of 3/4 people and being in a map, if one person (not the party leader teleports out) the teleports at the Map Device all disappear and the person cannot join back. The only way to work around this is for the party leader to come back to the hideout and then the teleports reappear practically wasting a teleport.
It's quite inconvenient when you have a lot of loot to bring back and have to waste portals.
