Console bug (controller). Cannot pick up items

The YouTube link is below. I’m assuming it’s just because I’m on a controller but it could be a bug. I cannot pick up my items, it’s very frustrating. I have 615 hours logged, not being able to loot is a big issue. I know it’s just a tier 5 bow but if this was something extremely expensive I sure missed out. Please fix this I know I’m not the only one.
