What is the process for Escalating a Support issue Beyond first level help.
After waiting for over a month, reporting this pyschotic issue with my stashes, i finally get a response from support telling me nothing is wrong, and assuring me that they checked my account and all stash tabs are present, and that im clearly just an idiot who cant check or uncheck the box marked "hide remove only tabs" and must just simply be using the system incorrectly.
Despite my email PLAINLY detailing the issue that PS5 tabs and PC tabs are being merged into single tabs instead of two seperate tabs, which is not what i paid full price for a stash tab for or what was advertised, they just decided i was an idiot, and tried to shuffle me along telling me there was nothing wrong with my account. I refuse to wait another month for a response back to this. Like they clearly did not read the email i sent. its literally in the body of my email MULTIPLE TIMES that this isnt an issue with tabs not being available between platforms or stashes being hidden by the hide remove only function.
