Blinked up to the exit platform in Chaos Trials before completing it and now I can't get back down.

I was in the Soul Cores challenge room and I was having trouble getting to the soul cores because the switches on the ground kept blocking my path. I discovered you can not only blink over them while the animation is playing, but also on top of them. I was looking for the final soul core when I blinked up to the exit and now I hit an invisible wall trying to get back down.
