Customer service lacking interest and no priority filter
Does customer service actually filter
The request they receive by importance or they just ignore everyone. I don't know if i am.right but logically if you are understaff at least filter the requests by severity dear god try and help people that have there account locked people that are affected the most the worst cases . It has been 10 days since my account has been compromised and then blocked by support and 4 days since i received any emails back from support . There are people in worst position then me and i can't see any posts of people actually getting help from the support, only automatically response . Feels like the support team it's not real , it's team of bots.... Last bumped on Feb 11, 2025, 1:44:15 AM

" which you claim you have gotten though most of them on jan 19th showing you guys can handle it unless there has suddenly been another massive influx of tickets which then shows you guys dont have a priority system and just pick the tickets at random but im sure you will never tell us. |
