Inscribed Ultimatum Divine Affix crashes

Hi,

I just started an Inscribed Ultimatum corrupted whith the affix "sacrifice up to 3 divine orbs to receive double". I crashed in the second trial and I couldn't connect to my ultimatum.
I lost my three divines and my inscribed ultimatum for nothing. Please help me to get back these items: it's unacceptable...
