Frost Wall Sometimes Fails to Activate

Issue:
At times, Frost Wall does not activate when pressed, despite having available charges.

Reproduction Steps:
Pressed Frost Wall three times slowly, each attempt with three verified charges.
The skill did not activate.

Potential Causes:
Possibly related to being surrounded by multiple enemies.
Might be affected by proximity to multiple mobs.
Could be triggered after using dodge roll.

Current Setup:
Linked Supports - Spell Cascade, Icicle, and Concentrated Effect.
