can someone help ? i just purchased KRAKEN skin weapon effect for POE2 , unfortunately it said NOT AVAILABLE , can i get a refund and re buying again with the available one instead ? i already emailed them , they said they can help and asked my data , already gave them 3 days ago , but no reply after that.
