Private League Join Error

Hi all,

After being approved for a private league (and recieving a confirmation message) my account does not show up inside of the league. Moreover, I cannot create a character or interact with the private league in any capacity. After talking to the Owners / Officers they provided a direct join link, that just provides me with an error screen with this text:

"You may not join this private league [Lost Ascendants League (PL53196)] as you have been previously removed from that league. Please contact the private league owner or officers."

It seems they have no recourse, and are unable to reset me, or get me added.

Has anyone found a solution to this? My cursory search through the forum lead to a few threads that has no real resolution.
