No Loot Filter !!! Help please !!!

I tried everything. I even uninstalled and re-installed the Game. I tried it in every possible way you can find in the internet. The loot filters I selected/created are not shown in the in-Game options field where to select the loot filter. I can only choose between none and default. It has to be a bug. Please watch into it and help me. Without loot filter the endgame is unplayable.

Poe2 on ps5. I also cannot use the trading market. There is a huge problem on this account. It seems to me its not connected to each other. I always have internet connection. When I‘m on the website (filters) I also cannot see my characters and my guild on „My Account“ on the „Home“ Button. Please help me
