POE2 Steam can't play anymore

Hello, played POE2 for like 5 hours, then made a couple of days of break and when I am trying to play it again it tells me inside the game that I don't have an access to the game even tough it's in my Steam library and I paid for it. Technical support doesn't reply for over a week.
Last message, last Monday: " I obviously provided all the information and no reply since then, anything I can do with it? Can I somehow contact Steam to help me?
