Keep Atlas Tree + Idols for Phrecia

Otherwise, it's a very, ridiculously, bad idea because it changes literally nothing in comparison to the atlas tree, limits the atlas tree for no reason and adds more needlessly, pointless and tedious farming.

It's a one month league, make it better, not worse.

Keep atlas, make all idols have limited use. Will be like more scarabs but I mean I'd prefer that instead of replacing the atlas.
