My refund request is still u answered, I have not recived any replay from support.

I TRIED CONTACTING SUPPORT ALREADY. I demand a refund, even if only on the basis of how long it takes support to get back to customers. I don't care anymore about any "good will" arguments, I am waiting for over 3 MONTHS for a sign of life from support, only thing I got was a "please confirm your account" email.

I don't want ANYTHING to do with GGG anymore, I want my money back, end of story.
