Why has my character bug been completely ignored?

Over 600 hours I had in POE 2. Created my witch infernalist 1 days after launch. Thanks to the cheaters, exploiters, and bots the economy has destroyed my ability to get gear. I've seen ads for third party companies selling in game currency for real money. My bugs include the act 2 cruel quest at the Valley of Titans not being able to ever be completed because a quest item disappeared from my inventory, I lost a couple other high end items but those have no way to prove so I won't mention them. Ever since that day my drops have been horrendous. 10 breach map T15 instilled waystone. 50 quantity 250 rarity map, with 200 player rarity and 2 instances of this got about 50 exalts worth of Similicrum splinters and breach splinters. 100 Ritual maps with a full Ritual tree and I get item level 50 items. No Omens, no Audience. I've spoken with everyone and that is less than 20% of what I should be seeing but you ignore me. I really wish I would have never paid money to your company. Youve become a pat to win game through a third party, but someone like me that just wanted to enjoy a game can't even get the drops to ever upgrade my character. I haven't even played now in a week. And unless something is fixed I probably will never play again. So please answer and fix my character so I can play again.
