Microtransaction Refund Request

I'm writing to inquire about the status of my January 15th microtransaction refund request for the Project Wings and Acid Weapon Effect. These items are not supported in the game version at this time, as I stated in my original request, and I was hoping to get a refund according with your policy.
On [January 16, 2024], I got a response from Rajiv acknowledging my request. But since then, neither the actual refund nor any additional updates have reached me. Would you kindly let me know how my refund is progressing? Last bumped on Feb 10, 2025, 1:29:21 PM

I am also waiting on a refund for a micro transaction stash tab purchase that was made by mistake. I emailed to support@grindinggear.com I sent out this email on January 25th 2025. I did get a response also from Rajiv on January 27th 2025 to verify my account information I did this on the same day and I am still waiting on a refund and didnt even get a response after that. I am currently still waiting after 15 days of the request When is this going to happen?
