An Audience with the king game disconected and not returning

Was playing the audience with the king today and the game disconected, when I get back, the portals are gonne, 10% of exp goone and my investment of 7 divines gonne... I never felt like wasting time like this, thinking in quit the game.

It's possible to return my divines or the audience? Its really hard to get 7 divines, I paid for the game and this erros is not my fault
