Premier tab not showing

As title states, I bought the premier tab for 40 coins and it is not showing. Tried restarting the game and changing area as well to see if it would trigger it. No results. Any help on this ?

I did, got a quick answer yesterday asking for a few information which I gave. Haven’t got a return just yet. Do you have any timeline in regards of long you guys take to answer and solve those kind of issues ? |
