[Video] Twisted Domain bugged, no monsters, no boss, Breachstone lost

Hi,

support asked me to post this here instead writing an email. So here we go.

Yesterday I tried to use a Breachstone for the very first time. However, I wasn't able to do anything, no monsters, no boss fight, just nothing. The timer went down but nothing happened. What is going on? Did I do something wrong? How can I get my hard earned Breachstone back?
