I still feel like T17s killed the loot curve
It is so absurd how you can run a lot of T16s and then waltz into a T17 and click one alter, and drop more scarabs or loot than you will ever see in a T16 session. I didn't even clear the map, and I got 30 Harbi scarabs when having done over 50 T16s and got that alter multiple times and didn't get more than 10.
I guess I will just play meta builds from now on because if you can't do T17s, then it is such a slog to be stuck in T16 farming. Especially in SSF without the scarab sustain. I don't know why it is such a massive jump, and we had to deal with two base rate nerfs since Sentinel. I get it, everyone playing Trickster had it too easy. Just nerf them and the other unkillable builds instead of constantly raising the bar. Last edited by Moregaze#2933 on Feb 9, 2025, 1:24:31 PM Last bumped on Feb 10, 2025, 7:11:33 AM

We wouldn't need T17s if GGG didn't keep adding powercreep.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish. |

Over exaggeration of 17s versus 16s already has been debunked. Its not even twice the amount of loot, its about ~20% more.
But you do you. Mash the clean

" Then nerf builds. Not hard. Solve the problem so you don't power creep the game away from every other build. |

" I'm confused, because you appear to be playing an icenova of frostbolts archmage, which is in fact a meta build and very capable of running juicy t17 “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
