Warden Oni-Garoshi Flickerstrike Possible?

Is this build a possibility? I've searched high and low, but haven't found any good build guides.

I believe I can use The Golden Rule + Bleed chance nodes + the Red Trail for unlimited charge generation. If I convert 99% of physical to fire with gloves, nodes and a watcher's eye + Soul of Ralekesh I should not slaughter myself with my own bleed.

But even with a Light of Meaning, the damage seems low - but because of Oni's janky way of dealing damage, it's really hard to track - even in path of building how much damage I would be kicking out.

Any thoughts from build-masters out there?
