Major Performance Issues on PS5 After Recent Update

I have been experiencing severe performance issues in Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation 5 since the last update. Prior to the update, the game ran smoothly, but now I am encountering multiple recurring problems that significantly impact gameplay:

Frequent crashes (approximately 7 times per hour), especially when using a portal to my hideout.
Inability to pick up items at times.
Incorrect color borders around DEX, STR, and INT attributes.
Chat sometimes fails to open.
Other minor but persistent bugs affecting gameplay.
These issues make it difficult to play the game as intended. I would appreciate any guidance on potential fixes or an update on whether a patch is being worked on.
