Bug: Unable to pick up items

Unable to pick up items on multiple maps. Item drops and icons appear on mini map. Name of item will disappear but can see the item on the ground.

I found go to options > general > down to gameplay and check Always Highlight. After this items showed up and stayed again.
I have no idea how this got unchecked for me. |
