Chayula Finisher Not Working

Bug: Chayula finisher effect not working despite equipping in multiple weapon (main, off hand, main2, off hand2). The finisher effect that always trigger is the default one (Blood & veins spreading out). Kindof wasted £10 for this, is there any fix in the near future? or at least a refund to get something that works?
