Item Filters on GeForce Now disabled, pls help

Hi,

I play PoE2 via GeForceNow, until now in Options -> Game -> ItemFilters I had the default filter, because in this service I can't add another filter "from disk". Is there anything I can do about it? Without this default filter the game is pointless, because I can't see the items.
