Crash After Selecting Character

I opened Similacrum and when I tried to enter, I crashed. Then I couldn't get into the game in any way. I changed servers. I changed the character. After logging in, I select the character and crash on the loading screen.

This issiue have for Path Of Exile 2

Also issue in poe1

Didnt helped:
- new character
- wait an 12 hours (mb need a day?)
- delete Config.ini

This was once before, but blocked only one particular map on Atlas. There were crashes too when I try to step in.

similar problem.
Game crshed when i tried to enter "The Temple of Chaos" in Poe2 Act 3.

Now i cannot login with that char (other works though)

tried to clear cache, temp files, reboot of PC, etc. etc.

I fix it. You can try to guys. Delete cache and config. And start the patch check.

Please explain to the ignorant how to do this.

UPD:

1. Config may be found in Documents\my games\Path of Exile 2
2. To delete Cache you need to go to System - Memory - Memory Control - Clean Now (names mb different, language of my OS is not eng).
3. Patch check - next post explain. (24 damaged files founded)

!PROBLEM SOLVED!

solved the problem for me.

steam found 7 faulty files and replaced them.
