Unable to actually play the game

Ever since the release of Path of Exile 2, I had on and off freezing and client crashes, switching between Steam and standalone client. Both had same issues.

The method of going through task manager > unticking CPU 0 and 1 off helped. Alongside CPU limiter. It did help by preventing crashes. But within time, it literally killed my CPU entirely.

About a week ago, My Ryzen 7 7800x3d died alongside my RAMs, had them replaced, got a Ryzen 7 9800x3d with new RAMs.

After this incident, I decided to take a break from Path of Exile 2, so I diverted to Path of Exile 1. I am having the same issue, at loading screen, CPU and GPU load would skyrocket, sometimes it ends up loading, and sometimes it freezes my PC that I have to hard restart my PC.

I am aware of the Windows 11 issue, but is it affecting Path of Exile 1 as well?

PC Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU: RTX 4070ti
RAM: XPG 32g DDR5 6000MHz

Game Settings:
Renderer: Vulkan
FPS is locked.
Lighting: Shadows (Default) not sure if this does anything.

Any help would be appreciated, I don't see any fix for now since I am unable to play both Path of Exiles.

Have you tried switching out your game renderer to Dx12?

I just tried and it froze my pc.
Yeh this is issue with all kinds of setting. 8/10 post here are related to these crashes in some way. Some folks say they fix, but since no one actually post their hardware info.. it's a gamble on what they using and if their "magic fix" will help you or not.

Most times what "works" for one person doesn't for others. I've gone through so many threads, and tried everything anyone has remotely mentioned....

...and it still is constant crashes.

And it's happening in win 10... with amd or nvidia gpus.. different cpu's.. different everythings... its just the game.
