Physical items

Hi all

I upgraded my EA package in December, I emailed support who asked for details which I gave regarding tracking for the items and I got no reply. I sent a new email and again no reply, it's been over a month now! Anyone else have had a similar experience??

Support in PoE2 is non-existent, this has been documented in several threads, including GGG's own linked above.
