I've sent several email's and messages via pathofexile.com to support regarding this, I have not heard back regarding the hoodie I still haven't received. I only got the T-Shirt. It's been over a month and half with no reply. One person followed up asking questions for verification. After sending them the requested information, I have not heard back since then. That was Jan 1st.

I am in the same boat. I have emailed them three times and also tried on the website message system. After months I finally received a reply asking for verification information. I promptly sent everything that was asked and there was no reply. I have been asking about tracking since December. It's now mid March and I have no idea what is going on. Having delays is one thing. However, its going on four months now and the lack of response is disrespectful at this point.
