Bought t13 waystones through trade drops weren’t working

Wondering if it’s a bug or I got a duped waystone. I can hear the loot dropping and also can see the light from the loot on the ground but can’t pick up, nor see what loot it was. Happened to me 4/4 waystones I bought. Went back to help a friend through act two and drops were showing after. Tried the same t13 waystone (#4/4) and still nothing.
