All 3 fragments eaten by disconnect before even seeing the Arbiter

Just as the title said. Put in the 3 fragments, took the lift, excited to see Arbiter for the first time, then disconnected.

Went back, doors closed, fragments nowhere to be seen.

I know you guys don't do item restoration, so please fix before it disappoints more people.

You guys doing a good job. I like the game.
