Poe 2 Network MS Freeze

My screen freezes for approximately 5-20 seconds at a time. I can still do actions, those are all arriving at super speed after the screen unfreezes again. Never had any issues like this before with other games. I have a good PC, and both the CPU and the GPU is rock solid in all the games i play. I tried a lot of fixes, but nothing worked. As you see in the video the Network MS just spikes, but this has never been an issue in all the other games i have played, until i tried to play Diablo 4 since i wanted to play a game that was close to Poe 2, and then the same thing happend there aswell. I tried to play MANY other games then those 2 and nothing happend, only on those 2 games.
Would be great if we got a solution to this plzzzzz i beg, i was so hyped for this game.
