Showing offline

I've been playing on the PS5 linked to this website for a few weeks with no problems, however since I bought the game and linked my POE 2 account from xbox/microsoft to my account on here too, it keeps showing I'm offline in game when I'm playing. it keeps causing a few issues where I can't invite members from my guild to join me or if we're already in a game and we warp to somewhere else it will remove them from my party. It shows I'm offline when I play on xbox or PS. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks :)
