constant auto pausing by itself

I had this issue and it made the game unplayable. till I found a fix.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022 when I updated to the Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version the auto pausing in game stopped for me.
