Shockburstrounds Skillgem does not work anymore

Im currently running the issue, that my lvl 19 shockburstrounds skillgem does not work anymore, i cant choose the shockburstrounds in my abilitys. Im running this setup for more than 2 weeks now and the only thing i changed is that i swapped weapon 1 and weapon 2 about 2h ago. The attribute requirements are all accomplished for both weapons. The only difference in attributes between the 2 weapons is 27dex and im running a total of about 300dex. Even if i swap the weapons back to their initial slot, there is no chance of choosing the ability and loading any crossbow with the shockburstrounds.

If I cut a new lvl 19 shockburstrounds skillgem and insert it into the slot, everything works and i can choose it in my abilitys. The problem is, that i do not want to use a new greater and perfect jewellers orb, to get the "working one" to 5 support slots.
