Trial of Chaos bug

On PS5:

I have accidentally blinked on top of the exit elevator prior to completing a room in the Trial of Chaos. When this happens, the exit elevator goes down. I then finish the room's challenge. The exit elevator lights up, but it will not go back up thereby completely bricking the run unless I can somehow blink back up which I have not be able to do at all.
