My ranger wont stand still when i shoot my bow.

I have this issue on ps5 controller ( havent tried it on keyboard) that when i shoot at a monster, my character wants to walk towards the monster im aiming at and shooting until its face tanking the monster. Is there a setting i can adjust to make my ranger stand still when it shoots?

If you open the skills/gems list and click on the little -> for the skill there should be a checkbox for always attack without moving, you could try that.
