Items Highlighting and bugged stash tab

I have to ''Toggle Highlighting'' everytime i start a session or a new character even if ''Always highlight'' is on.

I asked filterblade and they confirmed that’s an in game setting. Filter doesn’t touch it.

Also, i have a stach tab i cannot interact with, i started talking to someone from support but the person stopped answering and my problem is not fixed.
