Performance Issues Since New Patch

Hello,
I have been experiencing performance issues since installing the new patch. It seems like this has been occurring for 2-3 days. I have been playing for a while without any lag issues, though the game is now very slow to load new areas, like if I am traveling from my hideout to Hunting Grounds in Act1 or someone else's hideout. I have Mozilla Firefox (latest version) open on my other monitor with about 20 tabs open with active search trades. I notice that the performance is slightly better when I close the browser, though I would still like to use active trading searches.

RAM=32GB
Graphics=NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

I hit F1 in-game and took some screen captures when I am traveling to a new area.
It fluctuates a lot, and CPU ranged from 32-980 MS, MEM: 3GB, GPU: 6-7 MS, Drive= 1-14 MS, VRAM=3GB, Network 0-37 MS
